Certified and Trained Professionals

Remodel for Life staff are certified and trained to design and build accessible spaces. Unlike other contractors who may complete only a few accessibility remodels a year, helping people to make the house they have into an accessible home they can love is all we do. Through a rigorous process of initial and continuing education, Remodel for Life is:

  • A Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)

  • A Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

  • A Certified Accessibility Specialist (MN-AS) through the State of Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.

Comprehensive Price Guarantee

Ask anyone who's remodeled their home about cost overruns. They're sadly all too common in our industry. Remodelers quote a lower price than competitors with unspecified materials and a brief project description, but by the end of the job the client pays thousands more to get what they wanted. Remodel for Life provides the most comprehensive project proposals in the business. The price we quote, for the project you want, is the price you pay. No surprises, guaranteed!
